Code Blue

It's cold in Philly. The city has this system called "Code Blue" in which if anyone sees someone sleeping on the street, they call a hotline so police will come get them and take them to a shelter. A radio show I listen to imagined the hotline just being "You've reached the Code Blue hotline. Man, it's cold out there! It is friggin' freezing! Jesus, it is so damn cold out there. Welp, thanks for calling."
